IC3D Media (now known as Knowingo), builds and operates a gamified and AI driven learning platform that helps organisations to not only teach their employees vital knowledge, but also helps them retain everything they need to know. Moreover, it helps companies understand their employees better in terms of their expertise in certain topics and areas as well as their need for (re)training. Within the VIBE project, Knowingo is developing new technology to analyze the level of understanding individuals have of certain topics and to identify when individuals need to receive more education or training in some areas. Thanks to this technology avatars could potentially have better conversations with their human conversation partners due to a better understanding of their level of comprehension. Furthermore, it could provide a much more effective training within educational scenarios, thanks to understanding knowledge gaps of individual trainees.
